A basketball experience for athletes, parents, and coaches that puts real development first. This camp builds every layer of the player—skills, performance, mindset, recovery, and game IQ. It’s not only for the athletes on the floor. Parents and coaches are part of the work too, with simple tools, live examples, and honest conversations that help everyone support the player’s growth on and off the court.

The EXPERIENCE NeedED FOR GROWTH

The Development Over Exposure (DOE) event is an essential turning point for families dedicated to the future of girls basketball. In an era where the sport has been hijacked by a relentless pursuit of social media highlights, empty rankings, and showcase tournaments, players are losing sight of what actually drives success. This toxic focus on clout creates a dangerous illusion of progress that leaves athletes unprepared when the lights are brightest. DOE is where we draw a line in the sand. We are shifting the culture from seeking attention to earning results. By bringing players, parents, and coaches together, we provide a rigorous environment built on elite teaching, technical mastery, and unwavering accountability. This is not another weekend of unguided scrimmage; it is a deep dive into the discipline and high-level basketball IQ required to separate yourself from the pack. Our mission is to move athletes away from the hype cycle and back to the gym where substance is built, ensuring they don't just get seen—they get better. Join us to focus on the work that truly matters for long-term growth and high-performance success.

Engagement

The Foundation: Parental & Guardian Support

We believe that parents and guardians are the ultimate cornerstones of an athlete's development. Your attendance and active participation at the DOE camp are highly encouraged to help create a surrounding environment of growth. When the family understands the work being done, the athlete has a much higher chance of sustaining these new habits at home and on their local courts.

Attending Sessions

Observe the intensity and teaching methods used on the floor to better understand the standard of work required.

Taking Notes & Film

Capture key drills and concepts during film session breakdowns to reference during individual training sessions.

Asking Questions

Engage with our coaching staff during Q&A segments to understand the 'why' behind our developmental approach.

Supporting Habits

Implement nutrition, recovery, and mindset strategies at home to ensure 24/7 athletic development.

SECURE YOUR SPOT

*Limited availability. For serious athletes only (Intermediate & Advanced). Parent and guardian involvement highly recommended.*
